Pending voice charges
End voice before retrying. In Agent settings, use Check usage again to look for the existing receipt. If it stays pending, contact support with the voice request ID shown there and the approximate time. Support can check the receipt and return an unresolved startup hold after review. Returning credits does not mean provider usage was zero. Do not send recordings or credentials.
Generation and credits
For a failed paid run, include the approximate time, selected model, and visible job status. Do not send passwords, API keys, or private provider credentials.
